Case study

Inês Sottomayor

Child and youth mentoring

  • Social Media
  • Digital Strategy
  • Multichannel

Inês has no shortage of knowledge or content. The opposite. The problem was too many fronts at once, and the difficulty of turning dense expertise into consistent digital content.

(02) The challenge

The problem, in plain language.

Multiple projects risked competing with each other or being promoted in a disorganised way: her practice, Espaço Dreamers, her book "Aprender a Ser", the "Dreams Come True" card deck, plus newsletters and dense blog articles.

Like many specialists, she found it hard to simplify deep expertise for social media without feeling she was losing rigour.

The operational load of landing pages, forms, links and monthly schedules was draining energy she needed for working with children and families and running the business.

(03) What we did

The approach.

§ 01

Direction, not just posting

We took on digital strategy and communication direction. We bring focus, method and scale to her voice, turning raw ideas into a content ecosystem with a beginning, a middle and an end, and telling her exactly what to record, when, and for what goal.

§ 02

One pillar, two audiences

A multichannel strategy where the same content pillar is worked differently for each platform. Instagram speaks to parents with empathy, real cases and interaction. LinkedIn builds B2B authority around human development, leadership and burnout prevention.

§ 03

The digital load, off her desk

Team bios, access, contact channels and integrations are handled by us. The whole digital machine keeps running without depending on her time.

§ 04

The outcome she asked for

She came to us for digital peace of mind. She got a strategy that raises her authority, makes her products work, and gives her time back.
