(02) The challenge

The problem, in plain language.

The audience had to be unmistakably clear. The space serves practitioners, not their patients, and everything on the page had to say so at a glance.

The founder runs the space on a principle of human, personal booking with zero automation, so the website could not push people into an automatic booking calendar.

The operating model is genuinely specific: recurring block rental, autonomous access, and a mandatory 30 minute buffer between sessions. It needed to be explained simply, without burying the visitor in detail.

(03) What we did

The approach.

§ 01

The constraints became the selling point

Instead of hiding what makes the space unusual, we made it the reason to choose it. The digital presence was aligned with the feel of the physical space, so what a therapist sees online is what they walk into.

§ 02

A landing page built around a decision, not a checkout

We rebuilt the page around how a professional actually decides: the concept first, then the rooms, then how it works, then full pricing transparency. The calls to action respect the no automation principle. They start a conversation, "I want to see the space" and "Start a conversation", instead of forcing an instant commitment.

§ 03

An identity that feels like the room

The design carries the warmth of the physical space into the screen: the teal, coral and cream palette, soft rounded shapes, and a calm rhythm. That calm is exactly what mental health professionals are looking for in a workspace.

§ 04

Content aimed at the real pain of working alone

We built an editorial calendar around the pains of practising independently, isolation and logistical load, and positioned Dreamers as the answer. A weekly Reels feature introduces the professionals who are part of the space, giving the community a face and showing the value through the members themselves.
